You are the star player and main character. Take care, nurture, and love on yourself. As a natural healing, I often found myself putting others first. At times it was at the expense of my own happiness. It took me a while to break this cycle because it felt “selfish” but I soon came to terms with the fact that I was depleted. I was pouring into others and not refilling my glass. . . Do you find yourself putting others first? Do you feel guilty or selfish when you say no? . .
