To help ground yourself and silence the mind, explore five objects that you can see.

Find a rhythm with your breath and slowly close your eyes.

Do this meditation while sitting on the earth. Placing your bare feet on to the ground. Visualize feeling rooted; as if roots are growing from the bottom of your feet.

Feel the roots plant you firmly on the ground.

Feel the nourishment of the Earth filling your body with a warm uplifting sensation.

Conclude your meditation by chanting:

” I am in congruence with the earth. I am grounded, alert, and filled with positive energy.”
